Trice is a veteran audio engineer and DJ with over 15 years of professional experience in the music industry. He has been instrumental in shaping the sound of many of the DMV's most prominent artists, including Fat Trel, Rico Nasty, and Yung Manny. His work extends far beyond the region, with engineering credits for major acts such as Migos, Chief Keef, The Kid LAROI, Lil Uzi Vert, and others. Although Hip Hop, Pop, R&B, Reggae, and Afrobeat have dominated his career, Trice has the talent and technical skills to turn any artist's vision into high-quality, professional content that stands out. He is a graduate of Full Sail University and Omega Studies School of Recording Arts and Sciences.

With over 12 years of professional experience as a lead recording and mixing engineer, Alister has built a reputation for delivering elite sound quality, efficient industry-standard workflow, and an artist-focused recording experience. Combining technical precision with refined musical taste and attention to detail, he helps artists capture their best performances while achieving polished, release-ready results. His goal is to make every session productive, inspiring, and sonically exceptional, helping artists create music they're proud to release while building lasting creative relationships.

My name is Anderson White. I’ve been playing music my whole life. My mom forced me to do piano lessons when I was a kid, and I indulged for 5 years, where I then transitioned to drums. I played in my church band, for my middle and high school marching band, and overall just for fun for about 5 years. I took lessons, and learned the basics of music theory throughout elementary school, providing a crucial foundation for my artistry. In middle school I started rapping and producing, freestyling with my friends at lunch whenever we got the chance. In high school I started to take production and rapping more seriously, and since then have been releasing projects consistently for the past eight years under the name ando.

Over the past 4 years, I have been producing/recording for myself and others, networking in the DC music scene, performing at various venues all over the DMV, marketing myself as an artist on social media, interning at professional studios, and working out of multiple studios in the DMV, notably HighLife. I find myself going above and beyond for my clients, helping them write songs, helping them with phrasing, and structuring their songs. I am currently working towards my Bachelor of Arts in Music Technology at GMU while studying the ins and outs of DAWs, signal flow and how to set up a professional band session, etiquette in a professional setting, music theory in jazz and pop music, how to create sounds, song structure in various genres, and overall enabling myself to be able to make a good song.

I have worked with clients that have little knowledge about music as well as clients that are fully-fledged performing artists. I have also helped my friends understand production and mixing throughout college. I believe that everyone has the opportunity to start somewhere, and that everyone deserves the proper chance to do so. I am very passionate about music, and the more I can show others, the more I can understand about myself and the craft.

Delo is a Northern Virginia-based producer with over 10 years of experience working with artists across a wide range of genres and styles. Throughout his career, he has produced for notable artists while building a reputation for versatility, strong musical instincts, and an ability to bring an artist’s vision to life. His approach blends technical experience with a deep understanding of sound, allowing him to adapt to each artist and create records that feel authentic to their style.

For seven years, Tre Svaint has helped artists turn raw ideas into records that compete on a national level. He has worked with Grammy-winning talent including Scribz Riley, Bomani, and LAX, and he brings that same standard to every session, whether you're cutting your first single or finishing a full project.
